Mizue Shisui
Production I.G's anime series '' Psycho-Pass'' features characters designed by manga artist Akira Amano. The anime takes place in a dystopia where citizens are continuously assessed via omnipresent cymatic scans used to determine their mental state, personality, and the probability that they will commit crimes. The result of said reading is labeled one's Psycho-Pass. Throughout its three seasons, viewers follow the members of Unit One (aka Division One) of the Ministry of Welfare Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division supported by the Sibyl System. Creation and design Director Naoyoshi Shiotani decided on how to make the series' characters after hearing comments from '' The Pet Girl of Sakurasou'' director Atsuko Ishizuka. Arata Shindo
is a protagonist from Production I.G's 2019 anime television series ''Psycho-Pass 3''. Shindo is a new Inspector working for Division 1 alongside his best friend, Kei Mikhail Ignatov. Shindo and Ignatov are in charge of their Enforcers who assist and protect them. Shindo often analyzes the situations he finds himself in using his mentalist skills known as a Mental Trace. Throughout the series, Shindo's team learns of a criminal organization called Bifrost. Scott Justin Freeman (born June 20, 1979 in Dallas, Texas) is a retired American voice actor and convicted sex offender. was a Japanese actor and voice actor formerly employed by Production Baobab. He also practiced kenpo, earning the black belt rank of shodan. Though his birth name was Yoshitaka, a kanji mistranslation led to his name being read as Kinryū, which stuck as his stage name. He died on February 1, 2019, aged 78 due to esophageal cancer.
