Mitya Fomin
Dmitri Anatolevich Fomin (Russian: Дмитрий "Митя" Анатольевич Фомин; born 17 January 1974), known by his stage name Mitya Fomin, is a Russian solo singer, dancer and producer. Between 1998 and 2009, he was a member of the dance group Hi-Fi. Early life He was born to Anatoly Fomin (1939-2014), an associate professor at the Institute of Communications and Tamara Fomina (1942), an engineer. From January 2018 to 2021, Fomin was banned for 3 years from entering Ukraine because of his (during a concert in Lviv) claim that since the 2014 Russian annexation of Crimea, Crimea is a "Russian territory." In April or May 2022, Fomin participated in a concert organized in order to support the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Muz-TV (russian: Муз-ТВ, from Музыкальное телевидение - Music Television) is a Russian music TV channel, broadcasting since 1996. It is largely modelled after western MTV and predates launching of MTV Russia in 1998. Muz-TV was founded by Sergey Lisovskiy. The general director of Muz-TV is Arman Davletarov. Today Muz-TV is owned by UTH Russia, which is, in turn, 49% owned by mtv. Muz-TV's format is Russian pop music videos, although international pop, hip-hop and contemporary R&B can be occasionally seen as well. Hi-Fi is a Russian dance pop group established in 1998, founded by composer Pavel Esenin and songwriter and producer Eric Chanturia. The concept of the group consisted of the male leader and two supportive dance-performers until 2006, when Katya Lee joined the group. Lee started her career in the band with the solo song "Vzletai". From then on, the female and male vocals were equal. When Katya Lee left, the group went back to the old concept of the male singing. In 2009, Mitya Fomin left the group and started his solo career. Later in 2010, Katya Lee left the group and joined another popular girls band called Fabrika. Paninaro (song)
"Paninaro" is a song by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys. Originally a B-side to the 1986 single "Suburbia", it was released as a limited-edition single in Italy that same year. In 1995, a re-recording titled "Paninaro '95" was released to a wider market, to promote the duo's B-side compilation album ''Alternative'' (though only the original version was included on the compilation). Background The song is about the 1980s Italian youth subculture known as the paninari; derived from the word ''panino'', Italian for sandwich, they were known for congregating in restaurants serving sandwiches and in the first US-style fast food restaurants, as well as their preference for designer clothing and 1980s pop music such as the New Romantic music of Italo disco.
