Mitja Janc (born 5 April 2003) is a Slovenian handball player who plays for RK Celje. He is the younger brother of fellow handball player Blaž Janc. He participated at the 2021 European Men's U-19 Handball Championship, where he became the top scorer and was selected as the most valuable player. In addition, he was selected in the all-star team as the best centre back. Brežice
Brežice (; german: Rann ) is a town in eastern Slovenia in the Lower Sava Valley, near the Croatian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of Brežice. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.
