Route 2 is a highway in western Missouri. Its western terminus is at the Kansas state line about southwest of West Line; it continues into Kansas as K-68. Its eastern terminus is at Route 52 in Windsor. Route description Route 2 begins at the Kansas state line in Cass County. The first town is passes through is West Line, followed by Freeman. In Harrisonville it has a brief concurrency with Interstate 49/U.S. Route 71. After splitting from I-49/US 71, it runs east into Johnson County, Missouri, crossing over near La Tour. It serves as the southern terminus of Route 131 before crossing Route 13 north of Postoak. It then runs through Leeton before entering Henry County. It then ends at Route 52. La Tour, Missouri
La Tour or Latour is an unincorporated community in southwestern Johnson County, Missouri, United States. The population was 65 at the 2000 census, at which time it was a village. La Tour disincorporated in 2009, and at the 2010 census the community, now listed as a census-designated place (CDP), had a population of 62. History La Tour was platted in 1885, and named after the local Latour family. A post office called Latour was established in 1886, and remained in operation until 1997. La Tour disincorporated on April 13, 2009, after an April 7 vote on the subject passed by the margin of 20 to 1. U.S. Route 60 (US 60) is a part of the United States Numbered Highway System that runs from Brenda, Arizona, east to Virginia Beach, Virginia. In the state of Missouri, US 60 is a main east–west highway that runs through the southern part of the state, from the Oklahoma border to the Illinois border. Henry County is a county located in the western portion of the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 22,272. Its county seat is Clinton. The county was organized December 13, 1834 as Rives County but was renamed in 1841 for Revolutionary War patriot Patrick Henry. The county originally had been named after William Cabell Rives, who was then serving as a U.S. Senator from Virginia. However, Rives lost popularity in Missouri after he joined the Whig Party. Route 13 (Missouri)
Route 13 is a highway in Missouri which runs almost the entire north–south length of the state. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 69/ 136 in Bethany. Its southern terminus is at the Arkansas state line in downtown Blue Eye, Missouri–Arkansas where it continues as Highway 21. It is one of the original state highways of Missouri. The road serves as an important corridor between Springfield and Kansas City, two of the three largest cities in the state. Heading north from Springfield, Route 13 intersects Route 7 at Clinton which in turn carries traffic to Interstate 49/U.S. Route 71 at Harrisonville.
