Missouri's 19th Senate District
Missouri's 19th Senatorial District is one of 34 districts in the Missouri Senate. The district has been represented by Democrat Stephen Webber since 2025. Geography The district is in central Missouri and encompasses the entirety of Boone County, which includes the major city of Columbia, its surrounding suburbs, and several outlying small towns. Those include Ashland, Centralia, Hallsville, Rocheport, and Sturgeon. Stephen Webber
Stephen Webber (born June 8, 1983) is an American politician. He is a member of the Missouri Senate from the 19th district, serving since 2025. He previously represented the 46th district in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Background and education Webber attended The American Legion Boys State of Missouri in 2000. He is a 2001 graduate of Hickman High School in Columbia, MO. He received his bachelor's degree in economics from Saint Louis University in 2006. Webber received his J.D. in 2013 from the University of Missouri School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri. Ken Jacob (born January 23, 1949) is an American Democratic Party (United States), Democratic politician who served in the Missouri Senate and the Missouri House of Representatives from 1983 until 2004. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Jacob graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of science degree in education. He also has master's degrees in education, counseling, and public administration and a Juris Doctor, J.D. degree also from the University of Missouri. He previously worked as an executive director of an adolescent treatment center in Columbia, Missouri. Nicole Galloway
Nicole Marie Galloway (née Rogge; born June 13, 1982) is an American accountant and politician who served as the state auditor of Missouri from 2015 to 2023. She was the Democratic nominee for Governor of Missouri in the 2020 election, losing to incumbent Republican Mike Parson. Galloway was appointed to the office of State Auditor by Governor Jay Nixon on April 14, 2015, following the death of Tom Schweich in February 2015.
