Miss Venezuela 1992 was the 39th Miss Venezuela pageant, was held in Caracas, Venezuela on September 9, 1992, after weeks of events. The winner of the pageant was Milka Chulina, Miss Aragua. The pageant was broadcast live on Venevision from the Poliedro de Caracas in Caracas, Venezuela. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Carolina Izsak, crowned Milka Chulina of Aragua as the new Miss Venezuela. Milka Yelisava Chulina Urbanich (; born January 6, 1974) is a Venezuelan actress, model and Miss Venezuela 1992 winner, second runner-up at Miss Universe 1993 and Top 15 semifinalist at Miss International 1994.
