The Miss Nicaragua 2018 pageant, was held on March 22, 2018 in Managua, after several weeks of events. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, Adriana Paniagua from Chinandega won the title. She represented Nicaragua at Miss Universe 2018 Miss Universe 2018 was the 67th Miss Universe pageant, held at the IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province, Thailand on December 17, 2018. Adriana Paniagua
Adriana Maria Paniagua Cabrera (born 24 November 1995 in Chinandega, Nicaragua) is a Nicaraguan model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the Miss Nicaragua 2018 and competed at Miss Universe 2018 pageant. Personal life Paniagua lives in Chinandega, Nicaragua. She works as a model and has a license in Global management and finance. Pageantry Between 2011 and 2018 Paniagua won a number beauty pageants including Miss Teen Nicaragua, Miss Teen International, Miss Mundo Nicaragua and lastly, Miss Nicaragua 2018. In 2013, she withdrew at the Miss World 2013 contest in Indonesia, due to personal reasons. In 2018 she represented Chinandega at Miss Nicaragua 2018 and won the title. Corinto is a town, with a population of 18,552 (2021 estimate), on the northwest Pacific coast of Nicaragua in the province of Chinandega. The municipality was founded in 1863. Chontales Department
Chontales ( es, Departamento de Chontales) () is a department in Nicaragua. It covers an area of 6,481 km² and has a population of 191,856. The capital is Juigalpa. Some of land overlooks Lake Cocibolca (Lake Nicaragua) on the western side. The department is livestock and fishing based, and is also a producer of apples.
