Carat Cheung (; born 7 December 1987) is a Canadian-Chinese actress, model and former beauty pageant winner currently based in Hong Kong and previously under Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) management. She is the winner of Miss Hong Kong 2012. Biography Carat Cheung hails from Vancouver, British Columbia. She attended Killarney Secondary School and graduated from University of British Columbia majoring in Economics Business Studies. Cheung is also the niece of TVB television drama producer Alfred Cheung Kin-ting. Prior to returning to Hong Kong, Cheung worked as a presenter for Fairchild TV, a Chinese television channel in Canada. Pageant career Cheung was a contestant at the 2009 Miss Chinese (Vancouver) Pageant, coming in 1st Runner-Up, behind that year's winner Eliza Sam. Grace Chan (born 23 June 1991) is a Hong Kong-born Canadian actress, television host, and beauty pageant titleholder. She was the winner of Miss Hong Kong 2013 and Miss Chinese International 2014. Early life Grace Chan was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Vancouver, British Columbia with her family at the age of 5. She has a fraternal twin brother and an older sister. Through her maternal grandmother, Chan is of Malay descent. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a major in Communications and a minor in Publishing. The 25th Miss Chinese International Pageant, Miss Chinese International Pageant 2014 was held on January 26, 2014. Miss Chinese International 2013 Gloria Tang of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada crowned her successor, Grace Chan of Hong Kong at the end of the pageant. Pageant information The slogan to this year's pageant is "Beauty Reborn, The Fiery Phoenix" 「美麗重生 火鳳凰」. For the first time in the history of the pageant, delegates were eliminated after each round of competition, slowing narrowing the field from 16 delegates to 14, then ten, six, and finally 5 finalists to compete for the crown. Sisley Choi
Sisley Choi (; born 6 February 1991) is a Hong Kong actress contracted to TVB. Early life and career Born Choi Sze-pui, she was born in Hong Kong and her ancestry can be traced back to Zhongshan, Guangdong. Her father was a police officer, which is the reason why Choi has stated her childhood education was quite strict. However, on television, Choi recalled her father's strict discipline was correct so that she can become a good person. Choi attended Po Primary School and St. Paul Middle School and went abroad to study in Oamaru, New Zealand when she was thirteen. She boarded at Waitaki Girls’ High School from 2005 to 2009. The experience encouraged her to continue her adventures abroad; she later went to Germany and spent three years as an au pair and to study ethnology and became fluent with the German language. Moon Lau
Moon Lau Pui-yuet (, born 9 September 1989) is a Hong Kong actress under Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) management. She also holds the second runner-up title of the 2013 Miss Hong Kong Pageant. Early and personal life Moon Lau was born in Hong Kong and lived with a large family of seven. Her mother, Lam Kiu (林嬌), was contestant #15 in the 1985 Miss Hong Kong Pageant. She also has a younger brother. Lau attended Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School located in the Sha Tin district of Hong Kong. In 2011, she graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communication (Honours), majoring in Film and Media Arts. During university, Lau worked as a model, signed under agency Jacso Entertainment for two years. After graduating from university she worked as an airline flight attendant for two years and later as a project manager before signing up for the 2013 Miss Hong Kong Pageant.
