Miss Grand Peru 2024
Miss Grand Peru 2024 was the second edition of the Miss Grand Peru pageant, organized on September 21, 2024, at the La Plaza Central de Punchana in Punchana, Maynas Province. Candidates from thirteen regions and cities competed for the title. The pageant was won by the representative of Callao, Arlette Rujel, who was crowned by Miss Grand Peru 2023, Luciana Fuster. Rujel will represent Peru at the Miss Grand International 2024 pageant, to be held on October 25, 2024, in Thailand. This edition is also the first Miss Grand Peru contest for which the regional license was delivered to local organizers. Background In this edition, the Miss Grand Peru team distributed the competition licenses to several local organizers who either organized an event to select their state representative or appointed an eligible girl to the title. Luciana Fuster Guzmán (born January 14, 1999) is a Peruvian model, television personality, and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Grand Peru 2023 and later won the international title of Miss Grand International 2023. Previously, Luciana also won the title of Miss Teen Model Peru 2015 and the Miss Teen Pageant International 2016. Chimbote
Chimbote ; qu, Chimputi) is the largest city in the Ancash Region of Peru, and the capital of both Santa Province and Chimbote District. The city is located on the coast in Ferrol Bay, 130 km south of Trujillo and north of Lima on the North Pan-American highway. Tumbes, Peru
Tumbes is a city in northwestern Peru, on the banks of the Tumbes River. It is the capital of the Tumbes Region, as well as of Tumbes Province and Tumbes District. ''El Comercio'' is a Peruvian newspaper based in Lima. Founded in 1839, it is the oldest newspaper in Peru and one of the oldest Spanish-language papers in the world.
