Miss Grand Indonesia
Miss Grand Indonesia was an Indonesian female beauty pageant, held annually from 2018 to 2020. The winners of the contest represented Indonesia at its parent international stage, Miss Grand International, in which an Indonesian delegate, Ariska Putri Pertiwi, won the title in 2016. Before the establishment of the Miss Grand Indonesia pageant, the Indonesian representatives for the aforementioned international stage were appointed or determined through other national pageants. The pageant was discontinued in 2021 when the country representative was instead handpicked, and since 2023, Miss Grand Indonesia titleholders have been determined through a newly established Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia. In addition to winning the main title in 2016, Indonesian delegates also qualified for the top 5 in the Miss Grand International pageant in 2018, 2020, and 2022, as well as obtaining the Best National Costume Award in 2016 and 2017. Miss Mega Bintang Indonesia (previously Miss Grand Indonesia) is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that selects the country's representatives in seven international beauty pageants namely Miss Grand International, Miss Face of Humanity, Miss Eco International, Reina Hispanoamericana, World Top Model, Reina Internacional del Cacao, and Miss Aura International. Setiabudi is a district in South Jakarta, one of the five administrative cities which forms the Jakarta Capital Region, Indonesia. Miss Grand International 2014 was the second edition of the Miss Grand International pageant, held on October 7, 2014, at the Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok, Thailand. Contestants from eighty-five countries and territories competed for the title, of whom the representative of Cuba, Daryanne Lees, was announced the winner and received a reward of 40,000 USD cash.
