Misgivings
"Misgivings" is the tenth episode of the fourth season of the HBO original series ''The Wire''. Written by Eric Overmyer from a story by Ed Burns & Overmyer, and directed by Ernest Dickerson, it originally aired on November 19, 2006. Plot Politics Senator Clay Davis meets with Commissioner Ervin Burrell and tries to reassure him that he is safe from Tommy Carcetti's plans to unseat him now that Carcetti has won the election and has already put de facto Deputy Commissioner William Rawls in charge of his position. Davis believes that Burrell's race is his trump card, and knows he has got the City Council President's, Nerese Campbell, as well as the Ministers' support, but urges him to impress the mayor with police work. Burrell is at a loss for how to act on this suggestion. Davis later meets with Carcetti and Norman Wilson. Ernest Roscoe Dickerson (born June 25, 1951) is an American director, cinematographer, and screenwriter of film, television, and music videos. Eric Ellis Overmyer (born September 25, 1951) is an American writer and producer. He has written and/or produced numerous TV shows, including '' St. Elsewhere'', '' Homicide: Life on the Street'', ''Law & Order'', ''The Wire'', ''New Amsterdam'', '' Bosch'', '' Treme'', and ''The Man in the High Castle''. "A New Day" is the 11th episode of the fourth season of the HBO original series ''The Wire''. Plot Western district Namond Brice buys Chinese takeout for Michael Lee, Randy Wagstaff and Duquan "Dukie" Weems. Sitting on a stoop with Donut, they discuss the recent murder of Little Kevin. Randy is dismayed to learn of Kevin's death. Officer Walker walks by and tells the boys to move on, accusing them of waiting to rob a passer-by. The boys plan revenge on Walker for his brutal assault on Donut. Michael says he knows of a bar that is well known as a police hangout that Walker frequents and vows to handle the problem. Stanfield Organization
On the fictional television drama ''The Wire'', the Stanfield Organization is a criminal organization led by Marlo Stanfield. The Organization is introduced in Season Three of ''The Wire'' as a growing and significantly violent drug syndicate. Marlo has established his organization's power in West Baltimore's main streets in the shadow of the dominating Barksdale Organization, which was more concerned with conducting its activities in the Franklin Terrace Towers. Barksdale Organization
The Barksdale Organization is a fictional drug-dealing gang on the television series ''The Wire''. Many of the characters featured in season one of ''The Wire'' belong to this organization. Season 1 largely deals with the Baltimore Police Department setting up a Major Crimes Unit to investigate the Barksdale Organization, led by Avon Barksdale who is portrayed as the most powerful drug kingpin in Baltimore. The gang's criminal activities include heroin and cocaine dealing, homicides (including killing witnesses in criminal cases against the gang), and money laundering. Avon Barksdale's power in west Baltimore was established some time before the events of season 1. The Barksdale Organization started a turf war for the city's largest public housing project. "Know Your Place" is the ninth episode of the fourth season of the HBO original series ''The Wire''. Plot summary Bodie's crew Poot returns to the streets from prison after having been arrested alongside Avon Barksdale and many of his lieutenants and soldiers in Season 3. Bunk Moreland
William "Bunk" Moreland is a fictional character in ''The Wire'', played by Wendell Pierce. Bunk's character is based on a retired Baltimore detective named Oscar "The Bunk" Requer. He is portrayed as a generally competent, if profane and curmudgeonly detective. Like his best friend Jimmy McNulty, he also has problems related to infidelity and alcohol abuse, although he is more mindful than McNulty of the department's chain of command. Marlo Stanfield
Marlo Stanfield is a fictional character on the HBO television drama ''The Wire'', played by actor Jamie Hector. Stanfield is a young, ambitious, intelligent and ruthless gangster and head of the eponymous Stanfield Organization in the Baltimore drug trade. Marlo's organization starts out small-time, competing with the larger Barksdale Organization, but rises to the top of the Baltimore drug trade fairly quickly.
