''Mirotic'' is the fourth Korean studio album (seventh overall) by South Korean pop group TVXQ, released on September 26, 2008, by S.M. Entertainment. This is the group's last Korean album to feature members Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu. The album was a major commercial breakthrough and is TVXQ's most critically successful album to date. The best-selling album of 2008, ''Mirotic'' debuted atop the Hanteo charts and sold 110,000 albums in one week, setting the record for one-week sales in South Korea on that chart. Version A of the album sold over 208,000 copies in a month, and cumulative sales surpassed 500,000 copies 109 days after its release. "Mirotic" (Korean: 주문, ''Jumun''; Japanese: 呪文, ''Jumon,'' lit. "Magic Spell") is a song by South Korean boy band TVXQ. It was released in South Korea via SM Entertainment as part of the group's eponymous fourth studio album on September 26, 2008. In Japan, it was released as a CD single titled "Jumon: Mirotic" through Rhythm Zone on October 15, 2008, where it served as one of the several lead singles for the group's fourth Japanese studio album '' Secret Code'' (2009). The song was written by Yoo Young-jin with Japanese lyrics translated by Ryoji Sonoda, whilst production was handled by Yoo, Mikkel Sigvardt, Lucas Secon and Thomas Troelsen. TVXQ
TVXQ (stylized as TVXQ!), an initialism for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (), is a South Korean male pop duo consisting of U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin. They are known as in Japanese releases, and are sometimes referred to as DBSK, an abbreviation of their Korean name Dong Bang Shin Ki (). Their name roughly translates to "Rising Gods of the East". Formed by SM Entertainment in 2003, TVXQ began as a five-member boy band composed of members U-Know Yunho, Max Changmin, Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu. They were immediately launched to mainstream recognition following the release of their first physical single "Hug" (2004), which peaked at number four on the MIAK monthly music chart. ''The Secret Code'' is the fourth Japanese studio album (eighth overall) by South Korean pop group Tohoshinki, released on March 25, 2009 by Rhythm Zone. The album debuted at number two on the Oricon weekly chart. ''The Secret Code'' is Tohoshinki's last original studio album to feature members Jejung, Yuchun, and Junsu. ''Inkigayo'' ( ko, 인기가요; English title: ''The Music Trend'', previously ''Popular Song'') is a South Korean music program broadcast by SBS. It airs live every Sunday. The show features some of the latest and most popular artists who perform on stage. It is broadcast from the SBS Open Hall in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. History ''Inkigayo'' debuted as ''SBS Popular Song'' in 1991 as a chart show, but was canceled in fall 1993 because it was replaced by TV Gayo 20 (TV 가요20). It was later revived in 1998 with its original title and format. ''M Countdown'' () is a South Korean music program broadcast by Mnet. The show features appearances by popular music artists who also perform live on stage. It is broadcast from CJ E&M Center Studio in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, Seoul. Broadcast ''M Countdown'' airs live on domestic television at 6PM KST every Thursday. Live streaming is available internationally via the ''M Countdown On Air'' page on Mwave's website. In the Philippines, online multi-view live broadcast of the show is available via gigafest.smart. Kim Jun-su (; born December 15, 1986) or simply Junsu, also known by the stage name Xia (stylized as XIA; ; ko, 시아) is a South Korean singer, model, dancer and stage actor. ''T'' is the third Japanese studio album (sixth overall) by South Korean pop group Tohoshinki, released on January 22, 2008 by Rhythm Zone. It at #4 on the Oricon weekly charts. The album's biggest competition in sales was with Zard's "Zard Request Best: Beautiful Memory", the last album after its lead vocalist Izumi Sakai's death in 2007. According to the members, the "T" stands for several things, such as "Tohoshinki", "Title", "Third" album, "Top" and "Try". It could also stand for "Trick/Trust" and the group's "Teamwork". A week before the album's release, the single " Purple Line" had debuted and reached #1 in Oricon weekly sales.
