''Mirada'' () is the third and major-label debut studio album by the American singer-songwriter Iván Cornejo. It was released on July 19, 2024, by Interscope and Zaragoza Records, making it Cornejo's first album to be released under those labels, and his first to not be released by Manzana Records. Background ''Mirada'' is Iván Cornejo's first album with Interscope Records. He announced the album on June 18, 2024. A trailer for the album was released in the same month, which sees Cornejo sitting in front of a bonfire, containing a background narration between him and an unknown voice. Its tracklist was later revealed at the beginning of July of the same year. Composition ''Mirada'' is a regional Mexican album, with incorporations of alternative rock. Iván Cornejo
Iván Cornejo (born June 5, 2004), is an American singer-songwriter in the regional Mexican genre. Born in Riverside, California, Cornejo endured a breakup in middle school that provided inspiration for songwriting. He taught himself how to play the guitar by watching tutorials on YouTube. The first song he learned was Ritchie Valens' version of "La Bamba (song), La Bamba". His earliest music inspirations include T3R Elemento and Grupo Los de la O. Career Cornejo's debut album ''Alma Vacía'' peaked at number two on the US Billboard (magazine), '' Billboard'' Regional Mexican Albums chart and number seven on the Top Latin Albums chart. It features a sole guest appearance by American regional Mexican band Eslabon Armado on "La Curiosidad". Rodolfo Edén Muñoz Cantú, better known as Edén Muñoz () (born September 25, 1990), is a Mexican singer, songwriter and producer of regional Mexican music.
