Mir Ahmed Bakhsh Lehri
Mir Ahmed Bakhsh Lehri is a retired Pakistanis, Pakistani civil servant of the Pakistan Administrative Service who served in Grade 22, BPS-22 grade as the Establishment Secretary of Pakistan and Chief Secretary Balochistan. Lehri is the most decorated Federal Secretary, federal secretary from Balochistan in civil service history as he headed five federal ministries and also remained the administrative boss of his home province. Lehri cleared his Central Superior Services, CSS examination in 1978 and joined the Pakistan Administrative Service in 1980. He retired from active civil service in April 2014. Kalat District
Kalat or Qalat ( Balochi and Brahui: ; ur, ) is a district in Balochistan, Pakistan. It is one of 26 in that province, and encompasses an area of . The population of the district is estimated to be over 400,000 in 2005. The district is governed from the city of Kalat. Kalat was notified as a district on February 3, 1954. At that time Khuzdar and Mastung districts were sub-divisions of Kalat (which then also included Kachi, Jhal Magsi and Naseerabad (Dera Murad Jamali); these were separated in 1965 as Kachhi District). Khuzdar became a separate district by notification of 1 March 1974, while Mastung was announced to be separate district on 18 February 1992. The Central Superior Services (CSS; or Civil Service) is a permanent elite civil service authority, and the civil service that is responsible for running the bureaucratic operations and government secretariats and directorates of the Cabinet of Pakistan. Chaghi District ( bal, ; urd, ), also known as Chaghi District, is the largest Districts of Pakistan, district of Pakistan by area, located in the north west corner of Balochistan (Pakistan), Balochistan, Pakistan.
