Miquel Martínez
Miquel Martínez Moya (born 28 June 1984), commonly known as Miki, is a Spanish former footballer who played as a midfielder. Football career Born in Berga, Barcelona, Catalonia, brought up in the local RCD Espanyol youth ranks, Miki spent the bulk of his years in the reserves. In two consecutive matchdays in the 2005–06 season, he managed two substitute appearances for the first team: at Villarreal CF (0–4 loss) and at home against Sevilla FC (5–0 win). In the summer of 2006, Miki was released and joined another club in La Liga, Getafe CF, but was immediately loaned to the Real Jaén and never appeared again for the former side. Released, he resumed his career in the third division with the CE Sabadell FC and the UE Lleida. Still in his province of birth, in 2010–11 Miki signed with the Gimnàstic de Tarragona in the second tier. Berga
Berga () is the capital of the ''comarca'' (county) of Berguedà, in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is bordered by the municipalities of Cercs, Olvan, Avià, Capolat and Castellar del Riu. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Mediterranean Games
The Mediterranean Games is a multi-sport event organised by the International Committee of Mediterranean Games (CIJM). It is held every four years among athletes from countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea in Africa, Asia and Europe. The 2011–12 Segunda División season (known as the Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 81st since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 26 August 2011 after the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) called a strike, the regular league ended on 3 June 2012, while the entire season ended on 16 June 2012 with the promotion play-off finals. Segunda División B ( en, Second Division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
