Minor Majority
Norwegian pop group Minor Majority was formed by Pål Angelskår and Andreas Berczelly as a studio project in the spring of 2000. Their first record, '' Walking Home from Nicole's'', was released one year later with significant help from singer/songwriter Karen Jo Fields. History In November 2001, the band saw the addition of guitarist Jon Arild Stieng and the trio went on tour for the first time in the spring of 2002. Berczelly left the band and concentrated full-time on producing, which he has done for the band ever since. The band's next album, '' If I Told You, You Were Beautiful'', was recorded in Stieng's house in Oslo that same summer, and was released in October. Keyboardist Harald Sommerstad joined Minor Majority for their subsequent tour of spring 2003. Prior to the Norwegian Quart-festivalen the same year, the band was extended further by drummer Halvor Høgh Winsnes (Fast Winston Doom of Thulsa Doom) and bassist Henrik Widerøe. Röyksopp
Röyksopp (), a Norwegian electronic music duo from Tromsø formed in 1998. The duo consists of Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland. Berge and Brundtland were introduced to each other through a mutual friend in Tromsø, Norway. They enjoyed the same films and music, and shared an interest in electronics. The two experimented with various forms of electronic music, and bought a drum machine together during the Tromsø techno scene before going their separate ways. Several years later, the two met up again and formed Röyksopp during the Bergen Wave. VG-lista is a Norwegian record chart. It is presented weekly in the newspaper '' VG''. It is considered the primary Norwegian record chart, charting albums and singles from countries and continents around the world. Linnea Dale (born 22 April 1991) is a Norwegian singer. Early life Linnea Dale was born in Tinn, Telemark, Norway. She attended the high school Skien videregående skole.
