Minnu Mani
Minnu Mani (born 24 March 1999) is an Indian international cricketer who represents the Indian women's national team. She plays for Delhi Capitals in Women's Premier League. In domestic cricket, she represents Kerala cricket team. She became the first Kerala woman cricketer to play for India. Early life Minnu hails from Choyimoola in Wayanad district of Kerala. Her father, Mani CK, is a daily wage labourer and her mother, Vasantha, is a homemaker. She has a younger sister, Mimitha. She studied at Mananthavady Government Vocational Higher Secondary School, Edappady till Grade 8 and St. Sebastian High School, Thodupuzha till Grade 10. She completed her higher secondary education at Sarvajana Higher Secondary School, Sulthan Bathery and graduated from Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram. Wayanad District
Wayanad () is a district in the north-east of Indian state Kerala with administrative headquarters at the municipality of Kalpetta. It is the only plateau in Kerala. The Wayanad Plateau forms a continuation of the Mysore Plateau, the southern portion of Deccan Plateau. It is set high in the Western Ghats with altitudes ranging from 700 to 2100 meters. Cricket At The 2022 Asian Games – Women's Tournament
A women's cricket event was held as part of the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China from 19 to 25 September 2023. Nine teams took part in the event, and the participating teams were seeded according to their T20I rankings as of 1 June 2023. Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the bronze medal match. India won the gold medal in the event by defeating Sri Lanka, who won the silver medal in the final. Bangladesh Women's National Cricket Team
The Bangladesh women's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Bangladesh in international women's cricket matches. They made their international debut when they played, and won, two matches against Thailand in July 2007 before participating in and winning the 2007 ACC Women's Tournament. A women's Twenty20 International is a 20 overs-per-side cricket match between two of the International Cricket Council (ICC) members.
