Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar ( Jawi: ; born 10 January 1976) is a Malaysian politician. He most recently served as Minister of Health in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob from August 2021 to November 2022. A member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), Khairy was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Rembau from March 2008 to November 2022. He was the Youth Chief of UMNO from March 2009 to June 2018. He served as Minister of Youth and Sports in the BN administration under former Prime Minister Najib Razak from May 2013 to May 2018. Malaysian Deaf Sports Association
Malaysian Deaf Sports Association also simply known as MSDeaf is the national governing body of deaf sports in Malaysia which was formed in 1993. It is also affiliated with the Comite International des Sports des Sourds since 1993. Despite its establishment in 1993, the sports council got recognition as the Deaf Sports Association of Malaysia from the government of Malaysia under the leadership of Najib Razak in 2018. On 5 April 2018, the Malaysian government recognised the Malaysian Deaf Sports Association as the sole national federation to deal with the deaf sports after passing the amendment of National Sports Development Act which got approved in the parliament. Youth Parliament Of Malaysia
The Youth Parliament of Malaysia ( ms, Parlimen Belia Malaysia) is a youth council and simulation of the parliamentary proceedings of the Parliament of Malaysia for youth aged between 18 and 25. The Youth Parliament give young people an insight into the workings of the Parliament of Malaysia and raise their awareness of the working of government. Three sessions are held each year (three days for each session), each involving 133 elected members. In the 2014 election, 8,632 from 171,094 youth registered voters aged between 15 and 40 across the Malaysian states have done voting in the two-weeks polling day. The nationwide low turnout is just 5.05%. Only 171,094 (1.4%) from about 12 million Malaysian youths registered their name in the official website of the Youth Parliament.
