Jean Kapata
Jean Kapata (born 25 December 1960) is a Zambian politician and former Minister of Lands and Natural Resources. Career Kapata worked as a theatre nurse before being elected to represent the Mandevu constituency at the 2006 election for the Patriotic Front. She was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Kapata served as Deputy Minister of Community Development, Mother & Child Health. On 2 October 2009, she was arrested with nine other Patriotic Front MPs after they protested the acquittal of former president Frederick Chiluba with car honks and whistles. Princess Naganda Nakatindi Wina (15 February 1945 – 5 April 2012) was a Zambian politician and a member of the royal family of Barotseland. Early life Princess Naganda Nakatindi Wina was born Mukwae Nakatindi into the royal family of Barotseland, the granddaughter of King Yeta III of the Lozi people. The United Party for National Development (UPND) is a social liberal political party in Zambia, led by Hakainde Hichilema, the current president of the country. The party is an observer member of the Africa Liberal Network.
