Miguel Urrutia Montoya
Miguel Urrutia Montoya (born 20 April 1939) is a Colombian economist and author, currently serving as Titular Professor of Economics at the University of the Andes in Bogotá. He served as 12th General Manager of the Bank of the Republic of Colombia from 1993 to 2004, and as 5th Colombian Minister of Mines and Energy in 1977 during the administration of Alfonso López Michelsen. Tomás González Estrada (born 1969) is a Colombian economist. He was an Economic Counselor in the government of Andrés Pastrana Arango and the Minister of Mines and Energy in the second government of Juan Manuel Santos.
