The Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue of the Republic of Serbia ( sr, Министарство за људска и мањинска права и друштвени дијалог, translit=Ministarstvo za ljudska i manjinska prava i društveni dijalog) is the ministry in the Government of Serbia which is in charge of human and minority rights. The ministry merged into the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government on 14 March 2011 and was re-instated again under the Second cabinet of Ana Brnabić in 2020. The third cabinet of Ana Brnabić was formed on 26 October 2022, following the latter's election as prime minister of Serbia by the National Assembly on the same day. It succeeded the second cabinet of Ana Brnabić and is the incumbent government of Serbia since 26 October 2022. The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) came to power in 2012. Brnabić was appointed prime minister by Aleksandar Vučić, the president of Serbia, in June 2017 and was elected shortly afterward by the National Assembly. Initially an independent politician, she joined SNS in 2019; she was re-elected after the 2020 Serbian parliamentary election. Ana Brnabić ( sr-cyr, Ана Брнабић, ; born 28 September 1975) is a Serbian politician serving as the prime minister of Serbia since 2017. She is the first woman and first openly gay person to hold the office. She entered government as the minister of public administration and local self-government from 11 August 2016 until 29 June 2017, under Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić and Acting Prime Minister Ivica Dačić. Gordana Čomić ( sr-Cyrl, Гордана Чомић; born 16 June 1958) is a Serbian politician who served as minister for human and minority rights and social dialogue from 2020 to 2022. A long-time member of the Democratic Party (DS), she was excluded from the party in 2020 after announcing her opposition to the boycott to the 2020 Serbian parliamentary election. Since then, she has served as an independent politician. Milan Marković ( sr-cyr, Милан Марковић, born 7 September 1970) is a Serbian lawyer, professor and politician. He served as the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government from 2007 to 2011 and as the Minister of Human and Minority Rights, Public Administration and Local Self-Government from 2011 to 2012.
