The Popular Movement of the Revolution (french: Mouvement Populaire de la Révolution, abbr. MPR) was the ruling political party in Zaire (known for part of its existence as the Democratic Republic of the Congo). For most of its existence, it was the only legally permitted party in the country. It was founded by Joseph-Désiré Mobutu (later Mobutu Sese Seko) on 20 May 1967. Geneviève Inagosi Bulo Ibambi Kassongo (born 1970) is a DRC politician. She is a deputy in the National Assembly, representing Wamba Territory as a member of the People's Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD). From 2012 to 2014 she was Minister of Gender, Family and Children in the government of Joseph Kabila. Life Inagosi was born in 1970 in Bamapuno.
