The Government of Nepal ( ne, नेपाल सरकार) is the federal executive authority of Nepal. Prior to the abolition of the Nepali monarchy in 2006 (became republic in 2008), it was officially known as His Majesty's Government. The head of state is the president and the prime minister holds the position of the head of executive. Aman Lal Modi (; born 21 September 1985) is a Nepalese politician and social worker serving as a Member of House of Representatives from Morang 4. He was also a member of the 2nd Nepalese Constituent Assembly after being elected from the party list of the then Unified CPN (Maoist).
