Nabiha
Nabiha Bensouda is a Danish singer-songwriter. Early life Career ”Deep Sleep", the first single from the album peaked as 4 on the Danish Tracklisten Singles Chart and was certified gold. Bensouda has already played a number of large venues, including opening for James Morrison at the Falconer Theatre in Copenhagen and playing at the Danish National Football stadium. Nabiha was a support act for Rasmus Seebach on a sold-out tour. She also toured with James Morrison concert in Copenhagen, Jason Derulo's and Jamie Cullum's German tours. In February 2011 Nabiha toured all over Denmark with marked success. September 2011 Nabiha released the new international edit of her debut album now called ''More Cracks'' and included four new songs; "Never Played the Bass", "Sound of My Gun", "Can't Do Anything" and "Trouble" which went into high rotation on Danish radio stations. Outlandish
Outlandish is a hip-hop music group based in Denmark. Formed in 1997, it consisted of Isam Bachiri (born in Denmark and of Berber background), (born in Denmark and of Pakistani background), and (born in Honduras and of Cuban and Honduran descent). All three members are religious, with Isam and Waqas being Muslims and Lenny being Catholic. The group disbanded in 2017 as each member wanted to pursue personal projects. In 2019 band members Waqas and Lenny brought back the band as a duo while Isam continued to pursue a solo career. Outlandish has since released two singles and are currently working on a new album which is set to be released in April 2020. (this needs updating) Career Their first single "Pacific to Pacific" was used in connection with an Amnesty International charity event. Hitlisten, also known as Tracklisten, is a Danish top 40 record chart that is updated every Thursday midnight on the website hitlisten.nu. The weekly Danish singles chart Track Top-40 combines the 40 best-selling tracks from legal music downloads and the sales of music singles on either CD or vinyl. The data are collected by Nielsen Music Control, who also compile the chart on behalf of IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry). 1965–1993: early IFPI charts This chart began in April 1965 as a monthly top 20 chart compiled by the Danish branch of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI). Isam Bachiri
Isam Bachiri (Arabic: عصام بشيري - born August 1, 1977) is a Danish vocalist, rapper and songwriter formerly of the hip hop group Outlandish. As of recent years, he is a solo artist. Early life Isam Bachiri is a Muslim of Riffian descent born in 1977 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Bachiri came into contact with music in his youth through the developing hip hop scene and subculture in America. Career Between 1997 and 2017 Bachiri joined Waqas Ali Qadri and Lenny Martinez to form the Danish hip-hop group Outlandish, drawing upon the influences of their respective ethnic heritage, and in particular the Islamic faith of two of the band members.
