Min Min Oo ( my, မင်းမင်းဦး) is a Burmese politician and electrical engineer who served as Chief Minister of Mon State from 30 March 2016 to 23 February 2017. Early life He was a student leader during the 1988 student uprising. He is the vice chair of the NLD office in Bilin Township, where he won a seat in the state parliament. He is also head of finance for Bilin Township's rubber plantation association, and a member of Taungzone Hospital's administrative committee. Mon State
Mon State ( my, မွန်ပြည်နယ်, ; mnw, တွဵုရးဍုင်မန်, italics=no) is an administrative division of Myanmar. It lies between Kayin State to the east, the Andaman Sea to the west, Bago Region to the north and Tanintharyi Region to the south, also having a short border with Thailand's Kanchanaburi Province at its south-eastern tip. Htin Kyaw
Htin Kyaw ( my, ထင်ကျော်, or ; born 20 July 1946) is a Burmese politician, writer and scholar who served as the ninth president of Myanmar from 30 March 2016 to 21 March 2018. He was the first elected president to hold the office with no ties to the military since the 1962 coup d'état. The second son of scholar Min Thu Wun, Htin Kyaw had held various positions in the education, planning and treasury ministries in prior governments. Aye Zan ( my, အေးဇံ; born 4 April 1954) is a Burmese politician. He served as chief minister for Mon State from 1 March 2017 to 1 February 2021. Early life and education Aye Zan is an ethnic Mon and he was born on 4 April 1954 in Mudon, Mon State. He graduated from University of Medicine 2, Yangon with medical degree in 1979. Political career Aye Zan is a member of National League for Democracy's central executive committee. He is also chairman of Kyaikto Township' National League for Democracy party (NLD).
