Mimi Hill (born 4 October 2002) is an Australian rules footballer playing for in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She was drafted with the twelfth selection in the 2020 AFL Women's draft by the . Early life Hill played junior football for the Kew Comets in the Yarra Junior Football League for around three years. Hill spent two years playing for the Old Scotch Football Club, where was named best on ground while playing for them in the Victorian Amateur Football Association for the premiership. Cited as a natural leader from a young age, Hill was appointed the captain of the Oakleigh Chargers in her bottom age year. She played 10 games in her first season at the Chargers, where she averaged 16.8 disposals, and 2 in her second, where she averaged 24.5 disposals, only playing 2 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Oakleigh Chargers
The Oakleigh Chargers is an Australian rules football club playing in the NAB League, the top statewide under-18 competition in Victoria, Australia. They are based at Warrawee Park in Oakleigh, Victoria, representing the southeastern suburban area of Melbourne. The Chargers were one of two additional metropolitan clubs introduced to the competition in 1995 as part of a plan by the AFL to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. This was to help aid in player development and the process of the AFL draft. In June 2008 the Chargers moved into a new pavilion at Warrawee Park. 2021 AFL Women's Season
The 2021 AFL Women's season was the fifth season of the AFL Women's competition, the highest level senior Australian rules football competition in Australia. The season featured fourteen clubs, ran from 28 January until 17 April, and comprised a 9-game home-and-away season followed by a finals series featuring the top six clubs. 2019 AFL Women's Under 18 Championships
The 2019 NAB AFL Women's Under-18 Championships was played between May and July 2019, with six teams competing in the main 'Series 2' round-robin tournament and with a further four playing in a two-match one-on-one exhibition as the competition's initial 'Series 1' tournament. Format The competition was opened with 'Series 1', a set of closed competitions between four pairs of teams representing the country's eight largest states and territories. Victorian Amateur Football Association
The Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) is the largest senior community Australian rules football competition in Victoria. It consists of seven senior men's and women's divisions ranging from Premier to Division 4. In addition there are U19's sections and five Thirds sections, primarily made up of either clubs only able to field one team, or clubs from higher sections that can field a third team after their seniors and reserves.
