Miloš Šibul
Miloš Đ. Šibul ( sr-cyr, Милош Ђ. Шибул; 23. August 1977 – 12. November 2021. ) was a politician in Serbia. He served in the Assembly of Vojvodina from 2012 to 2016 as a member of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (''Liga socijaldemokrata Vojvodine'', LSV). He was also the president of the League of Farmers of Vojvodina (''Lige paora Vojvodine''). Early life and private career Šibul was born in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, in what was then the Socialist Republic of Serbia in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He was raised in Kikinda, where his family has resided for several generations. Šibul graduated from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Agriculture, specializing in phytomedicine, and worked for the private company ''Poljopromet'' as an expert advisor in the use of pesticides. He served in the Assembly of Vojvodina from 2004 to 2012 and was the mayor of Kikinda from 2012 to 2013, as a member of the Democratic Party (''Demokratska stranka'', DS). New Serbia ( sr-cyrl, Нова Србија, Nova Srbija, NS) is a right-wing political party in Serbia. It was established in 1998 by a group of dissidents led by Velimir Ilić from the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO). History New Serbia was part of the Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS) bloc which defeated Slobodan Milošević in the 2000 presidential election. The Serbian Progressive Party ( sr-cyrl, Српска напредна странка, Srpska napredna stranka, SNS) has been the ruling political party of Serbia since 2012. Tomislav Nikolić ( sr-Cyrl, Томислав Николић, ; born 15 February 1952) is a Serbian retired politician who served as the president of Serbia from 2012 to 2017. A former member of the far-right Serbian Radical Party (SRS), he disassociated himself with the party in 2008 and formed the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) which he led until 2012. Svetislav Vukmirica ( sr-cyr, Светислав Вукмирица; born 24 December 1972) is a politician in Serbia. He served in the National Assembly of Serbia from 2014 to 2016 as a member of the Serbian Progressive Party. Early life and career Vukmirica was born in Kikinda, Vojvodina, in what was then the Socialist Republic of Serbia in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
