Scott Alexander Millan (born 1954) is an American sound re-recording mixer, a member of the board of governors of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and Sound Director for Technicolor at Paramount Studios. Joseph Brown (August 1, 1920 – April 3, 2009), known professionally as Victor Millan, was an American actor, academic and former dean of the theatre arts department at Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, California. Victor Millan was Brown's pseudonym used during his acting career, which spanned decades. Early life Brown was born on August 1, 1920. He served as a sergeant in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. During the war, Brown was stationed in China, India and Burma. Félix Bernardo Millán Martínez (born August 21, 1943) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball second baseman, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Atlanta Braves and New York Mets. He holds one of the best at-bat to strike out ratios in modern baseball history, having struck out once every twenty three at bats.
