Ante "Mile" Nakić (born 8 January 1942) is a Croatian former professional renowned water polo coach and water polo player. Franko Nakić (; born June 9, 1972) is a Croatian-Greek retired professional basketball player. Under his Greek nationality, he is known by the name of Franko Nakits. Early life Nakić was born in Šibenik, to his father, Mile Nakić, who is a Croatian sportsman and water polo coach. He moved to Greece to live, and gained Greek citizenship. Professional career Nakić started his career with Šibenka 1988. and 1992. he is player in Olympiacos. He played with Olympiacos from 1992 to 1998, winning 5 Greek League championships (1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997) and 2 Greek Cups (1994, 1997). The Greek Water Polo cup is the second most important competition of Greece, Greek men's waterpolo and is organised by Hellenic Swimming Federation, KOE (Hellenic Swimming Federation). It was first held in 1953. Initially started as a competition in memory of Pantelis Psychas, Greek athlete of the swimming. The competition was interrupted from 1959 to 1983. Ratko Rudić (born 7 June 1948) is a retired Croatian water polo coach and a former water polo player. , he has won 38 medals as a coach at major events, making him the most successful water polo coach in history, and second most successful team sport coach of all time. He won four gold medals, of which three consecutive, with three different national teams at the Summer Olympics, as well as three gold medals with three national teams at the World Championships, among many others. In 2007 was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame, described as "one of the best, if not the best, water polo coach to walk the deck of the pool".
