Milan Stojanoski
Milan Stojanoski ( Macedonian: Милан Стојаноски; born 15 September 1973) is a Macedonian football manager and former player. Club career Born in Stari Lec, a village in Banat, Stojanoski started his professional career as a striker with Proleter Zrenjanin. He played four seasons for the club (1993–1997), making 120 appearances in the top flight and scoring 41 goals. In the summer of 1997, Stojanoski was transferred to Partizan. He stayed there for the next three seasons, winning one national championship (1999) and one national cup (1998) title. In May 2000, Stojanoski moved to Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem, signing a three-year contract. He returned to Partizan after only one year, spending the following three seasons with the ''Crno-beli''. In his second mandate at the club, Stojanoski was a member of the team that won back-to-back championship titles in 2002 and 2003. Stari Lec
Stari Lec () is a village in Serbia. It is situated in the Plandište municipality, in the South Banat District, Vojvodina province. One of Stari Lec's best known landmarks is Kapetanovo Castle. Name In Serbian, the village is known as ''Stari Lec'' (Стари Лец), in German as ''Alt Letz'', and in Hungarian as ''Óléc'' or ''Baráchháza''. History Settlement was first mentioned in 1333. During Ottoman conquest in the 16th century, the settlement was destroyed, but it was later rebuilt since source dating from 1660/66 mention the village of ''Lec'' that was populated by Serbs. In 1838, the village was populated by Banat Bulgarians, and, in 1839 its population numbered 426 inhabitants. During the 19th century, Hungarians, Germans, and Slovaks settled in the village as well. 2008–09 Serbian SuperLiga
The 2008–09 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Jelen SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the third since its establishment in 2006. It began on 16 August 2008 and ended on 30 May 2009. Partizan Belgrade successfully defended their title. Team changes from 2007–08 FK Bežanija were relegated to the Serbian First League after finishing in 12th place. Promoted from the First League were champions FK Javor Ivanjica and runners-up FK Jagodina. FK Smederevo, having finished in 10th place, had to play a two-legged play-off against the fourth-placed team from the First League, FK Rad. Rad won 4–3 on aggregate and thus were promoted to the SuperLiga while Smederevo were also relegated. FK Mladost Lučani declined their participation for the 2008–09 season due to financial problems on 2 July 2008. Cypriot Super Cup
The Cypriot Super Cup is a Cypriot football trophy, contested in an annual match between the previous season's Cypriot First Division champions, and the Cypriot Cup winners. The match is contested at the beginning of the football season, and is usually played at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia. The most successful team in the competition are Omonia, who have won the trophy on 17 occasions. The current holders are Apollon Limassol, who defeated Omonia 2–0 in the 2022 match. History The first match was played in 1951, under the name Pakkos Shield (Greek: Ασπίδα Πάκκου). The trophy was not awarded to the winner of the match, but would instead be awarded to the overall most successful team in the competition, after 10 matches. The 2003–04 UEFA Champions League was the 12th season of UEFA's premier European club football tournament, the UEFA Champions League, since its rebranding from the European Cup in 1992, and the 49th tournament overall.
