Miki Watanabe
is a Japanese entrepreneur and politician. He founded the Watami chain of izakaya restaurants and headed the company until 2011, when he resigned to run in the 2011 Tokyo gubernatorial election. Watanabe's run for the governorship of Tokyo was inspired by Michael Bloomberg's mayorship of New York City. Watanabe came in third with 16.8%, losing to incumbent governor Shintaro Ishihara. Watanabe got opportunities to appear as a commentator on NHK General TV, NHK Educational TV, Nippon TV and Tokyo Broadcasting TV , raised his name recognition, and was elected to the House of Councillors representing the Liberal Democratic Party in the 2013 election. A nursing home is a facility for the residential care of elderly or disabled people. Nursing homes may also be referred to as skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care facilities. Often, these terms have slightly different meanings to indicate whether the institutions are public or private, and whether they provide mostly assisted living, or nursing care and emergency medical care. Ikujiro Nonaka
is a Japanese organizational theorist and Professor Emeritus at the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy of the Hitotsubashi University, best known for his study of knowledge management. Biography Nonaka was born in Tokyo in 1935 and as a child he lived through the Japanese defeat by the West during World War II. His nationalist spirit led him to believe that, in order to avoid further humiliation, Japan should adapt its technological and organizational skills. The House of Representatives has 465 members, elected for a four-year term.
