Mikhail Razvozhayev
Mikhail Vladimirovich Razvozhayev (Russian: Михаил Владимирович Развожаев; born 30 December 1980) is a Russian statesman and politician. He is currently the internationally non-recognized Governor of Sevastopol since 2 October 2020. He served as the Secretary of the Sevastopol Regional Branch of the United Russia Party since October 25, 2019. Razvozhayev had served as the acting Head of the Republic of Khakassia from October 3 to November 15, 2018. He also worked as the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs from October 1, 2014 to October 3, 2018. He also served as the head of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian Popular Front, member of the Central Head of ONF from December 17, 2018 to July 11, 2019. The Governor of Sevastopol (russian: Губернатор Севастополя; uk, Губернатор Севастополя) is head of the executive branch of the political system in the city of Sevastopol. The governor's office administers all city services, public property, police and fire protection, most public agencies, and enforces all city and state laws within Sevastopol. The governor's office is located on Lenin Street. It has jurisdiction over all districts of Sevastopol. The governor appoints many officials, including Directors who head city departments, and his or her deputy governors. Prior to the annexation of Sevastopol by Russia in 2014, the city administrator was called the Chairman of Sevastopol City State Administration, and often referred to as the Mayor of Sevastopol. During this period in which Sevastopol functioned as a city with special status within Ukraine, the city administrator was appointed by the President of Ukraine.

Alexander Gennadyevich Khloponin (russian: link=no, Алекса́ндр Генна́дьевич Хлопо́нин; born March 6, 1965) is a Russian politician. Khloponin served Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, a ''krai'' located in Siberia, from October 2002 to January 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Khlonopin served as Deputy Prime Minister of Russia. He is a member of United Russia. Background and education Khloponin was born on March 6, 1965 in Colombo, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). He received a finance degree from the Moscow Finance Institute. He later served as chairman of the board of the Norilsk Nickel company.
