Mikey Keene
Mikey Keene is an American football quarterback for the Fresno State Bulldogs. He previously played for the UCF Knights. High school career Keene attended Chandler High School in Chandler, Arizona. As a junior, Keene recorded 193 completions for 2,835 yards and 23 touchdowns. In his senior season, Keene threw for 2,069 yards and 22 touchdowns on 154 completions, leading Chandler to a state championship. A three-star recruit, he committed to play college football at the University of Central Florida. College career UCF Keene entered the 2021 season as the backup to Dillion Gabriel. After an injury to Gabriel, Keene became the starter as a true freshman. He made ten starts, totaling 1,730 yards and 18 total touchdowns. The NCAA transfer portal is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) application, database, and compliance tool launched on October 15, 2018, to manage and facilitate the process for student athletes seeking to transfer between member institutions. John Rhys Plumlee
John Rhys Plumlee (born January 2, 2001) is an American football quarterback for the UCF Knights. He formerly played for Ole Miss and was a center fielder for the Ole Miss baseball team. Early life and high school Plumlee grew up in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and attended Oak Grove High School, where he played baseball and football. He became the Warriors starting quarterback as a sophomore. As a junior, he passed for 1,759 yards, 14 touchdowns and nine interceptions and rushed for 599 yards and eight touchdowns in nine games and was named to the "Dandy Dozen" by ''The Clarion-Ledger''. 2022 UCF Knights Football Team
The 2022 UCF Knights football team represented the University of Central Florida (UCF) during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Knights were led by second-year head coach Gus Malzahn and played their home games at the newly named FBC Mortgage Stadium in Orlando, Florida. They competed as members of the American Athletic Conference. In September 2021, UCF and fellow AAC members Cincinnati and Houston accepted bids to join the Big 12.
