Mikey Green
Phixx were an English-Irish boy band formed in 2003 from the five runners up on British TV show '' Popstars: The Rivals''. The original members were Andrew Kinlochan, Chris Park, Mikey Green, Peter Smith, and Nikk Mager. Between 2003 and 2005, they achieved four top 20 singles in the UK. They broke up in 2006. Band history In February 2003, they signed to Hyperactive Management, who had previously been successful with Liberty X. In October 2003, they released their first single, " Hold on Me", on the Concept Records label, which charted at number 10 in the UK, selling over 60,000 copies. Alistair Richard Griffin (born 1 November 1977) is an English singer-songwriter and musician. Already an established songwriter, he first became famous as a solo artist through his appearances on the BBC television show ''Fame Academy 2'' in 2003, where he was mentored by Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees. ''The Voice of Ireland'' is an Irish reality talent show. The second series began airing on 6 January 2013 on RTÉ One. Bressie, Kian Egan and Sharon Corr return as coaches while Jamelia replaces Brian Kennedy, who left the show after the first series. This is the final series to feature Sharon Corr, who is being replaced by Dolores O'Riordan in the next series. Kathryn Thomas returns to present the main show, while Eoghan McDermott returns to co-present and Stephen Byrne covers the backstage V-Reporting. The winner of the second series was Keith Hanley from Team Jamelia. Auditions for this series took place at the end of 2012. The Blind auditions took place on 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 October at The Helix. One True Voice
One True Voice were a British boy band created on the ITV television series '' Popstars: The Rivals''. In the show, pop groups of both sexes were created through a public vote and competed in the UK Singles Chart for the 2002 Christmas number one single. In the contest, One True Voice with the double A-side " Sacred Trust / After You're Gone" won out to girl group Girls Aloud and " Sound of the Underground". However on release the chart positions were reversed, with Girls Aloud topping the chart and One True Voice only reaching number two. In June 2003, Daniel Pearce left the group to pursue a solo career. The band released a further single in 2003, however after cancelling a tour due to poor ticket sales, the group topped a poll for "Britain's Worst Group". ''The X Factor'' is a British television music competition to find new singing talent. The fifth series was broadcast on ITV from 16 August 2008 until 13 December 2008. Phillip Christopher Jupitus (, ''né'' Swan; born 25 June 1962) is an English stand-up and improv comedian, actor, performance poet, cartoonist and podcaster. Judie Tzuke
Judie Tzuke ( ; born Judie Myers, 3 April 1956) is an English singer-songwriter. She is best known for her 1979 hit " Stay with Me till Dawn", which reached number 16 on the UK Singles Chart. Life and career Early life Tzuke's family relocated from Poland to England in the 1920s, and changed their surname from Tzuke to Myers, like other Jewish families from Eastern Europe. Her mother, Jean Silverside, was a television actress, and her father, Sefton Myers, was a successful property developer who also managed artists and singers—most notably Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice during the writing of ''Jesus Christ Superstar''. Tzuke preferred the original family name, started using it at school and so, when Tzuke embarked on her singing career, she used it as her stage name. ''Blue Peter'' is a British children's television entertainment programme created by John Hunter Blair. It is the longest-running children's TV show in the world, having been broadcast since October 1958. Matthew James Baker (born 23 December 1977) is a British television presenter.
