Mike Washington (wide Receiver)
Michael Washington (born October 19, 1986) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He was signed by the Pittsburgh Power as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Early life Washington attended Aliquippa Senior High School in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the football team as well as the track and field team. College career Washington committed to Hawaii on January 26, 2005. Washington played sparingly for his first 3 seasons with the Warriors. Washington saw a much larger role as a senior in 2008, catching 62 passes for 789 yards and six receiving touchdowns. Washington was named Second Team All-Western Athletic Conference. The 2011 Arena Football League season was the 24th season in the history of the league. The regular season began on March 11, 2011 and ended on July 23, 2011. 2018 CAFL Season
The 2019 CAFL season was the second season of the China Arena Football League (CAFL). Background After the 2016 season, the Dalian Dragon Kings and Shenzhen Naja relocated to become the Shenyang Black Rhinos and Wuhan Gators, respectively. In June 2017, it was announced that the 2017 season was being moved to the spring of 2018. In January 2018, the league postponed the start of their second season to continue to establish business partnerships in China. The league has targeted a return to play in the autumn of 2019. In September 2019, the CAFL released an abbreviated schedule, with a two-game regular season and a playoff tournament featuring all four teams, with games played November 6, 9, 20 and 23. Arvell Nelson (born September 27, 1988) is an American football quarterback. He was signed by the Alabama Hammers as an undrafted free agent in 2012. He played college football at University of Iowa, before transferring to Fort Scott Community College and Texas Southern University. The 2007 Hawaii Warriors football team represented the University of Hawaii at Manoa in the 2007 NCAA Division I-Bowl Subdivision college football season. The 2007 Warriors, led by record-setting senior quarterback Colt Brennan, carried a school-record 13-game winning streak, dating back to the end of the 2006 season, into the 2008 Sugar Bowl. The 2007 season marked the first undefeated regular season in school history, ending in defeat in the Sugar Bowl. The Warriors claimed their third-ever WAC championship in 2007 with a victory over defending conference champion Boise State. The championship was the school's first ever outright conference championship in football.
