Mike Renzi (hockey)
Michael Ernest Renzi (April 28, 1941 – September 29, 2021) was an American composer, music director, pianist, and jazz musician. Renzi graduated from the Boston Conservatory in 1973 and from Berklee College of Music in 1974. He was a musical director for Peggy Lee and Mel Tormé for over 25 years. He worked on ''Sesame Street'' as the music director for seasons 31 through 40 and led the Mike Renzi Trio. He died in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 28, 2021, at the age of 80. Providence is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Rhode Island. Ann Burton (March 4, 1933, Amsterdam – November 29, 1989, Amsterdam) is the pseudonym of Johanna Rafalowicz (between 1938 and 1971: Johanna de Paauw), a Dutch jazz singer. Early life In about 1930 the mother of Ann Burton (pseudonym of Johanna Rafalowicz) immigrated from Poland to the Netherlands. Ann was born in Netherlands and when she was 3 years old, in 1933, her mother married a diamond worker. In 1938 Johanna's surname was changed to her stepfather's and she became ''Johanna de Paauw'', which was her official name until 1971, when she again changed it back to ''Rafalowicz''. LaVerne Butler is an American jazz singer. Butler was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, the daughter of saxophonist Scott Butler, and was exposed to jazz and rhythm and blues music.
