Mike Redman (1978) is a musician, record producer, film maker, label owner and multidisciplinary artist from the Netherlands. He owns the leading record label Redrum Recordz and creates music in different musical genres (Hardcore, rap, hip-hop, metal, drum and bass, breakcore, Jungle). Redman founded groups Redrum Squad, Deformer, Wormskull and Voodoom. He has toured internationally with these acts and collaborated with renowned international artists and producers. Redman has released records with artists including American rap group Public Enemy, Hollywood producer Charles Band and Chino XL. Schiedam
Schiedam () is a city and municipality in the west of the Netherlands. It is located in the Rotterdam–The Hague metropolitan area, west of Rotterdam, east of Vlaardingen, and south of Delft. Keith Edward Elam (July 17, 1961April 19, 2010), better known by his stage name Guru (a backronym for Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal), was an American rapper and record producer. He was a member of the hip hop duo Gang Starr, along with DJ Premier. He was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts. In 2012, About.com placed him #49 on their list of Top 50 MCs of Our Time, and ''The Source'' ranked him #30 on their list of Top 50 Lyricists of All Time, saying "Guru dropped some of the most thoughtful rhymes on wax". Carlton Douglas Ridenhour (born August 1, 1960), known professionally as Chuck D, is an American rapper, best known as the leader and frontman of the hip hop group Public Enemy, which he co-founded in 1985 with Flavor Flav. Anouk Schemmekes (, ; born 8 April 1975), professionally known by the mononym Anouk, is a Dutch singer and songwriter. Paul Roger Elstak (known professionally as DJ Paul Elstak; born 14 January 1966 in The Hague) is a Dutch hardcore/gabber and happy hardcore DJ and record producer of Surinamese descent. He used to use his full name to create happy hardcore and DJ Paul for hardcore gabber, but when he started Offensive Records in 2001, he started using both names for gabber. Neophyte (band)
Neophyte is a Dutch hardcore, or gabber, group formed in 1992 in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The three original members are Jeroen Streunding (DJ Neophyte, The Beholder for hardstyle releases), Danny Greten and Robin van Roon. History Jeroen Streunding was a DJ and organised smaller parties around 1990 before he met Danny Greten at a local party, when they decided to work on some tracks together. Robin van Roon also joined them after a while. Both Greten and van Roon were best friends, and classmates of Jeroens' younger sister. Having produced some tracks on an old Amiga Computer with Protracker, the three went to visit DJ Paul Elstak, who had just started his label Rotterdam Records where they hoped to be contracted. is a Japanese guro manga artist. He debuted in 1988 on the magazine ''COMIC BOX''. Style Shintaro Kago's style has been called "fashionable paranoia," although he has stated the term stems from Western media and he doesn't use it himself. He has been published in several adult manga magazines, gaining him considerable popularity. Many of his manga have strongly satirical overtones (heavily influenced by Monty Python), often parodying Japanese and Russian politics. A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise (commonly called Lowlands or Lowlands Festival), is an annual three-day music and performing arts festival, held in the Netherlands. The festival is held east of Amsterdam in Biddinghuizen, at Spijk en Bremerberg, which is adjacent to Walibi Holland. Although the main focus is on music - rock, pop, dance, hip hop and alternative - Lowlands also offers indoor and outdoor cinema, (street) theatre, cabaret and stand-up, ballet, literature and comic strips. In recent years, the festival is attended by around 55,000 visitors, and features over 200 acts on more than ten stages every year which are named according to the NATO phonetic alphabet apart from the Heineken stage (named after the beer brewer Heineken, the main sponsor of the festival since 2015).
