The company sold its print magazine division, TV Guide Magazine LLC, in 2008. Corporate history Prototype The prototype of what would become ''TV Guide Magazine'' was developed by Lee Wagner (1910–1993), who was the circulation director of MacFadden Publications in New York City in the 1930s – and later, by the time of the predecessor publication's creation, for Cowles Media Company – distributing magazines focusing on movie celebrities. Michael Logan is an American jazz bassist. He worked with, among others, Muhal Richard Abrams, Walter Bishop jr., Artie Simmons and the Jazz Samaritans, Clifford Jordan. In 1974 he collaborated with the Italian singer-songwriter and musician Giuni Russo, in writing her first album, ''Love is a woman'' (1975), entirely in English. In particular, he wrote the entire song ''Every time you leave''. Mike V. Logan (born September 15, 1974) is former American professional American football player. High school Mike Logan attended high school at McKeesport Area High School in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He played football for the Tigers under famed WPIAL coach George Smith. College career Mike Logan was a four-year regular at cornerback and one of the most talented return men in WVU history from 1993-96. Playing for coach Don Nehlen, Logan was one of the best recruits out of Pennsylvania, but his career at West Virginia was limited by breaking the same arm three times. Logan appeared in 37 games, starting 22 during his career, recording 140 tackles, 18 passes broken up, two forced fumbles, eight interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
