Suzano
Suzano is a municipality in São Paulo state, Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 300,559 (2020 est.) in an area of 206.24 km². The elevation is 749 m. Suzano has a large Japanese Brazilian population. It consists of a large downtown area surrounded by residential areas. There are three main roads that travel through the downtown section. One of them is a one-way street (northbound), and two are one-way streets (southbound). It was named after the engineer who built the train station. The city features a medium-sized shopping mall, city hall, train station, frequent bus routes, and a small number of office and residential buildings. 2020 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B
The 2020 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the second division. The competition was originally scheduled to begin on 2 May and end on 28 November, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic the tournament was rescheduled for 7 August 2020–29 January 2021. Twenty teams competed in the tournament, twelve returning from the 2019 season, four promoted from the 2019 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C ( Confiança, Juventude, Náutico and Sampaio Corrêa), and four relegated from the 2019 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A (AvaÃ, Chapecoense, Cruzeiro and CSA). This was the first Série B played by Cruzeiro in their history. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série B is commonly referred to as the Brasileirão Série B (Série B), and until 2022 was officially called Brasileirão Sportingbet by sponsorship reasons. It is the second tier of the Brazilian football league system. Although not having been played annually since its founding in 1971, the competition format has changed almost every season. The 2018 Copa Verde was the 5th edition of a football competition held in Brazil. Featuring 18 clubs, Federal District (Brazil), Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso do Sul and Tocantins has two vacancies; Acre (state), Acre, Amapá, Amazonas (Brazilian state), Amazonas, EspÃrito Santo, Mato Grosso, Pará, Rondônia and Roraima with one each. The Copa Verde ( en, Green Cup) is an annual regional knockout football competition in Brazil that started in 2014, and played by 24 teams from the North and Central-West regions, plus EspÃrito Santo (EspÃrito Santo state was included because they competed in the old Copa Centro Oeste). Initially, the champion of the tournament gained a place in the next year's Copa Sudamericana. With the changes implemented by CONMEBOL in 2016 causes a competition no longer qualify in Copa Sudamericana from edition. The champion will now have a spot in the third round of the Copa do Brasil of the following year.
