Mihai Viteazul Chișinău
Mihai Viteazul Chișinău was a football club from Chișinău, Kingdom of Romania. This is the most titled club in the interwar Bessarabia from Chișinău. Along with Fulgerul Chișinău is the only team that reached the semifinals in Romania interwar league. History The club was founded in 1920 by brothers Vâlcov (Vasile, Colea, Petea and Volodea), under the name of "Viteaz". In 1925 the name was changed to "Mihai Viteazul Chișinău". In the 1924–1925 season the team lost the title of champion of Bassarabia to the rival Fulgerul Chișinău. In the 1926–1927 season, Mihai Viteazul Chișinău manages to win the regional championship, thus qualifying for the final tournament of Division A, where he smashed Maccabi Cernăuţi with the score 6–0. He attended the quarterfinal clash with Unirea Tricolor București, and after a match ended in a draw 4–4, the match was replayed the next day, where Mihai Viteazul Chișinău lost in overtime 3–1. Petea Vâlcov
Petre "Petea" Vâlcov (1910 – 16 November 1943) was a Romanian football player. Forming a well-known attacking triple for Venus București alongside his two brothers, Colea and Volodea, he was one of the most efficient goal-scorers in the Romanian First League. Career He played for only two clubs : Mihai Viteazu Chişinău and Venus București. Despite his goalscoring ability, he was never the top-goalscorer of the Divizia A. International career Petea Vâlcov made his debut for the national side in a June 1933 Balkan Cup match against Bulgaria. He had a great spell and scored two goals as Romania won 7–0. Romania national football team – All matches Vâlcov played a total of seven games for the ''Tricolours'' and netted four goals. Colea Vâlcov
Nicolae 'Colea' Vâlcov (23 February 1909 – 31 March 1970) was a Romanian football player and manager. Vâlcov was born in Bolgrad, Russian Empire. He was part of the famous offensive line of Venus București in the 1930s, together with his brothers, Petea and Volodea. He was arguably the most talented of the three, with a great header (his most feared weapon) and good anticipation in front of the goal. The three brothers, originally Bulgarians from Moldova, are included in the list of the greatest football players in the history of club football Venus București. Two of his brothers had final tragics. First, Petea died on the front in 1943 World War II, on the eastern front, fighting the Soviets, And almost over a decade, Volodea died of tuberculosis. Chișinău ( , , ), also known as Kishinev (russian: Кишинёв, r=Kishinjóv ), is the Capital city, capital and largest city of the Republic of Moldova.
