Mihai Onicaș
Mihai Marian Onicaș (born 27 January 1990) is a Romanian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Liga IV side Vulturul Mintiu Gherlii. Club career On 10 June 2009 played his first match in Liga I for Steaua București against Unirea Urziceni. Later that year, on 16 July, Onicas made his European Cup debut in the 2–0 victory for Steaua in the UEFA Europa League against Újpest FC. On 2 February 2010 he was loaned for six months to fellow Liga I team Politehnica Iași so that he would get more playing time. In June 2011, after not making a breakthrough at Steaua, Onicaș signed for Viitorul Constanța. The Andorra national under-21 football team is the national under-21 football team of Andorra and is controlled by the Andorran Football Federation. The team played the first match against Iceland, in an extra preliminary round for the 2007 European Under-21 Football Championship. They drew the first game 0–0 at home and lost the away leg 2–0. Újpest Football Club () is a Hungarian professional association football, football club, based in Újpest, Budapest, that competes in Nemzeti Bajnokság I. Formed in 1885, Újpest reached the first division of the Hungarian League in Nemzeti Bajnokság I 1905, 1905 and has been relegated only once since then. The club has been a member of the first division for 108 consecutive years. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. Liga IV is the fourth level of the Romanian football league system. Its name was changed from Divizia D into Liga IV before the start of play for the 2006–07 season. Current format Liga IV has 42 divisions. The divisions are regionalised and are organised by every county association. Each team plays in their own county. The county associations decide how many teams play in the league and how many matches each side plays. In Romania the most frequently used system is one division with matches played home and away. A number of associations prefer 2 or even 4 parallel divisions with the teams finishing first meeting in a play-off to decide the champion.
