Cetatea Suceava was a professional football club from Romania, based in Suceava and founded in 2004 and dissolved in 2010. History The club was founded in the summer of 2004, to continue the city's football tradition after Foresta was moved back to Fălticeni and after CSM Suceava (Bucovina Suceava) was dissolved a few years back. The club's first season in history was synonymous to its first great performance, when it finished first in Divizia C, and was promoted to Divizia B. CS Sporting Juniorul Vaslui (), commonly known as Sporting Vaslui, Juniorul Vaslui or simply as Vaslui, is a Romanian professional football club based in Vaslui, Vaslui County, founded in 2002 and re-founded in 2014. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. Mihai Roman (born 16 October 1984) is a Romanian professional footballer who currently plays as a winger for Liga I club FC Botoșani. Club career Roman started his football career at the age of 17. He made his way up by being a hard worker, and with the help of Razvan Lucescu, his former coach from FC Brașov. Before signing for Braşov, Roman was linked with other Liga I clubs such as FC Vaslui and Oţelul Galaţi. After two great seasons there, he received his first call-up for the Romania national team in June 2009. On 27 June 2010, Roman signed for Rapid București together with his teammate Sabrin Sburlea.
