Mihai Ivăncescu
Mihai Ivăncescu (22 March 1942 – 2 January 2004) was a Romanian footballer who played as a right back for two Brașov teams, Steagul and Tractorul. Club career Mihai Ivăncescu was born on 22 March 1942 in Adâncata, Romania. He started to play football at junior level in 1956, aged 14 at Steagul Roșu Brașov. He made his Divizia A debut, playing for Steagul on 24 September 1961 under coach Silviu Ploeșteanu in a 2–1 home victory against Dinamo București. After one season and a half he went to play at neighboring Brașov team, Tractorul in Divizia B. He returned at Steagul in 1964, where he would remain for the following nine seasons, the highlights of this period being a fourth place in the 1964–65 Divizia A season and four games played in the 1965–66 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup as the club eliminated NK Zagreb, but got eliminated in the following round by Espanyol Barcelona against whom he scored two goals, also at end of the 1967–68 Divizia A season, the clu ... Hlyboka
Hlyboka ( uk, Глибока; German and pl, Hliboka; ro, Adâncata) is an urban-type settlement in Chernivtsi Raion, Chernivtsi Oblast of western Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Hlyboka settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History Hlyboka is mentioned for the first time in 1438. Before World War II, large parts of lands of Hlyboka were owned by Polish noble families: until 1892 by Prince Adam Sapieha, then by Bronislaw Skibniewski (1830–1904) and later by his son Aleksander Skibniewski (1868–1942). Until 18 July 2020, Hlyboka served as an administrative center of Hlyboka Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Chernivtsi Oblast to three. Referee (association Football)
In association football, the referee is the person responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Laws of the Game during a match. The referee is the final decision-making authority on all facts connected with play, and is the match official with the authority to start and stop play and impose disciplinary action against players and coaches during a match. The 1968–69 Divizia B was the 29th season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to two series, but the number of teams was expanded, each of the series having 16 teams, instead of 14. The 1970 FIFA World Cup was the ninth edition of the FIFA World Cup, the quadrennial international Association football, football championship for List of men's national association football teams, men's senior national teams. Nicolae Pescaru
Nicolae Pescaru (27 March 1943 – 25 May 2019) was a Romanian footballer and manager, who worked mostly for Steagul Roșu Brașov. Club career Nicolae Pescaru was born on 27 March 1943 in Breaza, Prahova County, Romania. He started to play football at junior level in 1959 at Someșul Beclean, after one year moving at Progresul Făgăraș. He started to play senior football at Chimia Făgăraș in Divizia B, afterwards transferring to Steagul Roșu Brașov where he made his Divizia A debut on 23 September 1962 under coach Silviu Ploeșteanu in a 4–2 home victory against Știința Cluj. Stere "Sterică" Adamache (17 August 1941 – 9 July 1978) was a Romanian football goalkeeper. Club career Stere Adamache, nicknamed "Baronul" (The Baron), was born on 17 August 1941 in Galați, Romania. He started to play football at junior level as a field player in 1955 at Energia Galați, afterwards moving at Ancora Galați where he started to play as a goalkeeper, later at Știința Galați and started his senior career by playing two Divizia B seasons at Dinamo Galați. He made his Divizia A debut on 9 September 1962, playing for Viitorul București in a 0–0 against Știința Cluj, shortly afterwards the club dissolved and he had offers to play for Steaua București and Steagul Roșu Brașov and after a talk with the latter's coach, Silviu Ploeșteanu, he chose Steagul on the considerations that he would have had more opportunities to play.
