Miguel Fernando Cassola de Miranda Relvas (born September 5, 1961) is a former Portuguese politician who served as a minister of Parliamentary Affairs (2011–13). Nowadays he works as an international business consultant. Miguel Relvas rose through the ranks of Portugal's Social Democratic Party (PSD) and of the Portuguese Government to become in 1985: Member of Parliament, in 2002: Secretary of State for Local Government, and in 2011: Minister of Parliamentary Affairs. Between 2005–11, he also pursued his personal business activities. Passos Coelho
Pedro Manuel Mamede Passos Coelho (; born 24 July 1964) is a Portuguese politician and university guest lecturer who was the 118th prime minister of Portugal, in office from 2011 to 2015. He was the leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) between 2010 and 2018. Passos Coelho started very early in politics and was the national leader of the youth branch of PSD. He led the '' XIX Governo Constitucional'' (19th Constitutional Government of Portugal) and the '' XX Governo Constitucional'' (20th Constitutional Government of Portugal) as head of government from 21 June 2011 to 26 November 2015.
