Miguel Herz-Kestranek
Miguel Herz-Kestranek (born April 3, 1948) is an Austrian actor and author. Life Miguel Herz-Kestranek was born the son of an industry and art family from the former Viennese Jewish upper middle class on April 3, 1948, in St. Gallen, Canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Born in a Jewish family and raised as a Christian, Miguel Herz-Kestranek established himself as a "Jewish Buddhist" through his friendship with the Buddhist monk Banthe Seelawansa Thero, who lives in Vienna. Miguel Herz-Kestranek has been married to Miriam since September 2016 and has a daughter, Theresa, who is an alternative dog trainer in Lower Austria from an earlier relationship with the Austrian actress Dorothea Parton. Growing up by the lake, Miguel Herz-Kestranek is a passionate sailor and founded the former Austrian O-dinghy association in the 1980s. ''Eurocops'' is a European television crime TV-series produced between 1988 and 1992. It is a co-production between seven European TV stations in which each station produced a number of episodes which were then pooled, dubbed and otherwise adapted when needed and broadcast by all participating stations, a format used earlier in the German crime series Tatort. The participating networks were ZDF from Germany, ORF from Austria, SRG from Switzerland, RAI from Italy, Televisión Española from Spain, Antenne 2 from France and Channel 4 from the United Kingdom. A direct consequence of the 'pooled production' format was that all episodes by one particular network had a strong local -even national- feel and were distinctly different from the episodes produced by other networks. Soko ( sh-Cyrl, Соко) was a Yugoslav aircraft manufacturer based in Mostar, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company was responsible for the production of many military aircraft for the Yugoslav Air Force. SOKO was created in 1950 by the relocation of the aircraft factory section of Ikarus company from Zemun, SR Serbia. Officially founded as "Preduzeće Soko" (Soko Corporation, ''soko'' meaning "falcon" in Serbian), soon after it was renamed "Soko Vazduhoplovna Industrija, RO Vazduhoplovstvo" (Soko Aeronautical Industry, RO Aeronautics). Its first director was Yugoslav People's Army colonel Ivan Sert. The following directors of the company were engineers Miljenko Pješčić and Tomislav Mirić. ''Der Bulle von Tölz'' is a German television series which has been produced and broadcast by Sat.1 since 1996. As of January 2009, 69 self-contained feature-length episodes have been made. Genre Set in Bad Tölz, Bavaria, the series is about the activities of the local ''Kriminalpolizei'' as personified by Benno Berghammer (Ottfried Fischer), the eponymous ''Bulle'' (literally "bull", a slang word and the equivalent of "cop" but at the same time an allusion to his bulky appearance), and Sabrina Lorenz (Katerina Jacob), two ''Kommissare'' who invariably, at the beginning of each episode, are faced with murder in the seemingly idyllic small town of Bad Tölz or its rural surroundings.
