Miguel Escobar
Miguel Alejandro Escobar (born 24 August 1995) is an Argentine footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for General Caballero JLM. Career After youth spells with Los Polleros and Banfield, Escobar started his pro career in Argentina with the latter. He first appeared on the club's substitutes bench for an Argentine Primera División draw with Atlético de Rafaela in October 2014. He made his professional debut on 16 February 2016 in a league match versus Quilmes, with his only other appearance in 2016 coming against Godoy Cruz just over a week later. In July 2016, Escobar joined Defensores de Belgrano of Primera B Metropolitana on loan. He scored two goals in twenty-one games. August 2017 saw Escobar join Maltese Premier League side Senglea Athletic. His first appearance for Senglea came in a 0–1 defeat to Valletta on 25 August. In total, he played five times for Senglea. Torneo Federal A
The Torneo Federal A (in English "Federal A Tournament") is one of the two professional leagues that form the regionalised third level of the Argentine football league system, along with Primera B Metropolitana. The competition was established in 2014 as a result of a change in the structure of the league system, replacing Torneo Argentino A. Federal A is organised by "Consejo Federal", a division of the Argentine Football Association. Clubs in Federal A have indirect membership in AFA unlike clubs in Primera B, which have direct membership. All teams with indirect membership are from outside the city of Buenos Aires (playing in regional leagues) and its metropolitan area (Greater Buenos Aires), while most of the direct members are from the aforementioned area. The 2018 Primera B de Chile, known as the 2018 Campeonato Loto for sponsorship purposes, was the 65th season of Chile's second-tier football league. The competition began on 2 February 2018 and ended on 1 December 2018. Coquimbo Unido were the champions. 2019–20 Torneo Federal A
The 2019–20 Argentine Torneo Federal A, was the seventh season of the Torneo Federal A, the regionalised third tier of the Argentine football league system. The tournament is reserved for teams indirectly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA have to play the Primera B Metropolitana, which is the other third tier competition. The champions are promoted to Primera B Nacional. 30 teams competed in the league, 25 returning from the 2018–19 season, one team that was relegated from Primera B Nacional and four teams promoted from the Torneo Regional Federal Amateur.
