Miguel Bustamonte
Miguel Bustamonte is a fictional character who appears in comic books published by Azteca Productions. Created by Richard Dominguez, the character made his first appearance in '' El Gato Negro'' #1 (October 1993). He was the first supporting character to be introduced El Gato Negro mythos and has been a recurring character since then. Fictional character history In his first appearance, Miguel is already the police captain of the Texas Rangers division located in McAllen, Texas. His brother, Mario Bustamonte, had grown up as a childhood friend of Francisco Guerrero. Through his brother, Miguel had formed a lasting friendship with young Francisco as well. Years later, both brothers pursued careers in law enforcement, with Mario becoming a border patrolman. One night out on patrol, Mario was overpowered and murdered by illegal drug-smugglers. Devastated, Miguel vowed to bring his brother's killers to justice, while Francisco, in secret, vowed to do the same as El Gato Negro. ...

Bruce Timm
Bruce Walter Timm (born February 5, 1961) is an American artist, animator, writer, and producer. He has contributed to building the modern DC Comics animated franchise, most notably '' Batman: The Animated Series'' (1992–1995) and the subsequent DC Animated Universe (DCAU), for which Timm created most of the character designs. Timm and Paul Dini co-created the characters Harley Quinn and Terry McGinnis. Timm began his animation career as a layout artist for animation studios such as Filmation, Bakshi Productions, and Don Bluth Productions, before joining Warner Bros. in 1989. Richard Dominguez (born Eufrancio Ricardo Dominguez September 22, 1960 in Dallas, Texas) is an American Comic book creator, comic book artist and freelance storyboard illustrator. Best known for creating the popular series ''El Gato Negro (comic book), El Gato Negro'', Dominguez publishes his comics through his imprint and art studio, Azteca Productions. Azteca Productions is an American comic book publisher and imprint founded by comics creator Richard Dominguez in 1993. The company's first publication was '' El Gato Negro #1'' showcasing the debut of the eponymous character, in what is now considered the company's flagship series. Publications went on hiatus during the rise and fall of the speculative market in the late 1990s until Dominguez returned in 2004. Francisco Guerrero (comics)
Francisco "Pancho" Guerrero, Jr., also known as El Gato Negro, is a fictional character and comic book superhero created by Richard Dominguez and published by Azteca Productions. The character made his first appearance in ''El Gato Negro (comic book), El Gato Negro #1'' (October 1993). Grandson of the original El Gato Negro, a former luchador-turned-adventurer, Francisco works as a social worker in Edinburg, Texas and devotes most of his free time to community service.
