Midview High School
Midview High School is a public high school located in Eaton Township, just north of Grafton, Ohio, United States. History Midview High School was originally built in 1956 as a Junior High School, until the needs of the district demanded more room for students in grades 9-12. The building was then designated as the High School in 1956, and has remained so ever since. Midview High School's current core curriculum includes classes in Language Arts, International Studies (French and Spanish), Math, Science, Business, Social Sciences, Health & Physical Education, Art, Music (Instrumental and Vocal), and Vocational & Occupational Studies (Industrial, Technology, and Home Economics). Key Club
Key Club International, also called Key Club, is an international service organization for high school students. As a student-led organization, Key Club's goal is to encourage leadership through serving others. Key Club International is the high school branch of the Kiwanis International family, classifying as a Service Leadership Program and more specifically as a Kiwanis Youth Program. Many Key Clubs are sponsored by a local Kiwanis club. The organization was started by California State Commissioner of Schools Albert C. Olney and vocational education teacher Frank C. Joseph Andrew Staysniak (born December 8, 1966) is a former sports radio talk show host and a former professional American football offensive lineman who played six seasons in the NFL. Staysniak worked for the talk radio stations WIBC (FM) and WFNI (AM) in Indianapolis until August 2021. Early life Joe Staysniak played high school football at Midview High School in Grafton, Ohio. After high school, Joe attended Ohio State University, where he was an academic standout and a member on the football team. Staysniak was part of the 1986-87 Ohio State Big Ten championship team that defeated Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl Classic 28-12. The Antoinette Perry Award for Excellence in Broadway Theatre, more commonly known as the Tony Award, recognizes excellence in live Broadway theatre. Thomas Martin Batiuk (born March 14, 1947) is an American comic strip creator, best known for his long-running newspaper strip ''Funky Winkerbean''. Career Born in Akron, Ohio, Batiuk attended Kent State University, from which he graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, majoring in painting. The National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization for high school students in the United States and outlying territories, which consists of many chapters in high schools. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service, and character.
