The Microsoft Reaction Card, developed by Microsoft in 2002 by Joey Benedek and Trish Miner, is a method used to check the emotional response and desirability of a design or product. Emotions are mental states brought on by neurophysiological changes, variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioral responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure. Relevancy
Relevance is the concept of one topic being connected to another topic in a way that makes it useful to consider the second topic when considering the first.
