Michalis Boukouvalas
Michalis Boukouvalas ( el, Μιχάλης Μπουκουβάλας; born 14 January 1988) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Super League 2 club Veria. He has also been capped for Greece at youth level. Career Club In 2007, he was transferred to Larissa, after playing with Panetolikos for three years. In August 2011 he signed for Kerkyra. On 23 July 2013 he signed a two-year contract with Iraklis. He made his debut for his new club in an away 3–2 loss against Kavala. On 14 June 2015, Boukouvalas penned a three-year contract with Iraklis. On 3 August 2016, he signed a two-year contract with PAS Giannina. On 11 May 2018 he extended his contract with the club till the summer of 2020 for an undisclosed fee. International He is a former member of Greece U-19. Agrinio (Greek: Αγρίνιο, , Latin: ''Agrinium'') is the largest city of the Aetolia-Acarnania regional unit of Greece and its largest municipality, with 106,053 inhabitants. It is the economical center of Aetolia-Acarnania, although its capital is the town of Mesolonghi. The settlement dates back to ancient times. Kavala ( el, Καβάλα, ''Kavála'' ) is a city in northern Greece, the principal seaport of eastern Macedonia and the capital of Kavala regional unit. Gymnasticos Syllogos Iraklis ( el, Γυμναστικός Σύλλογος Ηρακλής, en, Gymnastics Club Heracles), commonly referred to as Iraklis, is a Greek multi-sports club based in Thessaloniki. The club was founded in 1908 as "Macedonikos Gymnasticos Syllogos" (''Macedonian Gymnastics Club'') and is one of the oldest and most historic sports-clubs in Greece. It is named after Heracles, the mythical Greek demigod. Their colours are blue or cyan and white, inspired by the Greek flag. 2019–20 Super League Greece 2
The 2019–20 Super League 2 was the first season of the Super League 2, the second-tier Greek professional league for association football clubs, since restructuring of the Greek football league system. The exact system of conduct and how many teams will be promoted and how many will be relegated will be finalized in the summer when the final calls for professional bids are made public. It has been decided to hold Championship Round with the first 6 teams and Relegation Round with the last 6 teams of the regular season. The league was suspended on 3 October after failing to reach an agreement with state broadcaster ERT. After reaching an agreement with state broadcaster ERT the league resumed on 25 October.
